What a splendid day it was yesterday! Got to celebrate your birthday and went on a neoprint frenzy.. HeHe.. It didn't matter the celebration was belated but it did feel funny at first. Like you said, we normally spend the actual day together but no matter, it was your day and you have every right to decide how you want to spend it.
Gave U a treat at the 2 Hot Halal Cafe at the Esplanade. Not to be a critic but the serving is too small for my liking. I have no qualms bout the taste though.. The food tasted great but was just bothered by the size of the serving and the price. I guess the restaurant is really making use of it's location... located along the 'colours by the bay' area... a hotspot for both locals and tourists with a splendid view. No matter... moving on...
Later on, we shopped at Marina and U got yourself 3 bangles! They were of nice colours too.. red, green and blue respectively. And to round things off.. Dropped by Heeren and she just couldn't resist buying the strawberry shortcake highlighter and pen.. HeHe.. Damn cute.. Really liked that expression on your face when you saw all the strawberry shortcake stuff on sale. Couldn't resist it but just had to buy 'em for you as belated gifts..
